MUSCAT: Students of the Sultanate have excelled in the second cultural and scientific forum for students of the GCC States. The Ministry of Higher Education participated with a delegation of 12 students representing different faculties of applied sciences, in addition to the participation of the students of the Faculty of Education in Al Rustaq in the second scientific and cultural forum for students of universities and higher education institutions in the GCC countries, organised by the General Authority for Applied Education and Training in Kuwait, on March 23.
