Star Oman goalkeeper Fayez al Rushidi said he had missed offers after the Gulf Cup hero decided to stay with Al Suwaiq until the end of the season. The goalkeeper revealed that he has got three offers from outside but Al Suwaiq wanted him to continue with them until the end of the season. “I received three offers from different Saudi clubs. The most important and serious one was from Al Ettifaq FC but the management decided that I will continue in Al Suwaiq particularly this season with the international competitions that the club is going through,’’ Fayez told Oman Daily observer. “I am a son of the club and I respect their decision but I hope that this is my last season locally because I look forward to finding an opportunity to play outside next season,’’ Fayiz added.
