The three-star resort includes 4 chalets and 27 multi-shaped rooms. The design was inspired by the local environment of the desert in its various forms. It also includes a swimming pool attached to a sports club, admin accommodation, a mini-meeting room and a private residence for Omani youth working in transporting tourists, a kitchen, a laundry room, in addition to multiple halls for meetings. The Camp also has a good surveillance system, and it is decorated with palm trees on both sides of the entrance.

It is expected to contribute to increasing the tourist traffic in Sharqiya sands and improving the current services in cooperation with the competent authorities at the Ministry of Tourism which is keen to invest and encourage the establishment of development projects to diversify the sector and diversify its programmes for tourists, especially during the winter season.
