Muscat: The Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) has approved the Italian airline Neos to operate as a schedule airline instead of a chartered service. A statement from PACA said, Neos will now operate a weekly scheduled service between Salalah and Milan from November 9 and it will be allowed to sell tickets on the sector.
