MUSCAT: Maj Gen Hamid bin Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies (ASDS), on Tuesday received a delegation from the National Defence University of Pakistan. The Pakistani delegation was led by Lt Gen Babar Iftikhar, President of the National Defence University in Pakistan.
During the meeting, they exchanged cordial conversations and discussed matters of mutual interest, notably in academic fields.
Then, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on academic and scientific cooperation between the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies and the National Defence University in Pakistan.
The MoU was signed by Maj Gen Hamid bin Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies (ASDS), and Lt Gen Babar Iftikhar, President of the National Defence University in Pakistan.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior officers from the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Oman, and the Military Attaché at the Embassy of Pakistan in Muscat.
