415,081 visited tourism sites in Al Dakhiliyah

The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism said that the number of tourists who visited heritage and tourism sites in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah stood at 415,081 during 2024 compared to 312,243 during 2023. The rise in the number of tourists is attributed to the activation of the role of heritage and tourism neighbourhoods. Al Dakhiliyah Governorate is considered one of the most prominent destinations in Oman due to its geographical diversity and heritage landmarks.
