Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced a partial traffic closure on Friday, during the Muscat Classic stage of the Tour of Oman on Friday, February 7.
Parking of vehicles will be prohibited on both sides of the roads adjacent to the race route.
The race will start at 11:50 am from Al Mouj Muscat towards Seeb waterfront road to Al Mabela Bridge.
At the South al Mabela traffic lights ( Al Qabayel center), it will turn left and then right at the Al Nuzha roundabout to Muscat Expressway, then, turn left to Rusayl-Nizwa road and continue on Rusayl- Bausher road through Falaj al-Sham, Al Ansab, and Ghala village to reach Al Amerat via Al Jabal road.
It will then turn left at Al Maha junction to Wadi Adai, turn right to Al Hamriyah, turn left to Qantab via Yiti Hills, turn back to Al Bustan roundabout, and turn left to Al Hamriyah. Then, turn right again to Yeti and left to Qantab, turn left at Al Bustan roundabout to Sadab, and end in front of the Council of Oman.
