Speaking at the event, Dr Khalfan bin Said Al Shueili emphasised the project’s alignment with the nation’s urban planning goals: “Yenaier Residences, located at the heart of Sultan Haitham City, represents the pinnacle of sustainable urban development, reinforcing Oman’s Vision 2040 and its focus on innovation and eco-friendly growth.” Strategically situated in Al Seeb, Muscat, Yenaier Residences is part of Sultan Haitham City—a 2.9 million square metre eco-city designed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. The development integrates modern infrastructure with natural and cultural elements, featuring green spaces, smart city systems, and facilities such as healthcare centers, educational institutions, commercial outlets, and cultural hubs.
At the core of Yenaier Residences are six architecturally distinct towers surrounded by interconnected boulevards and greenscapes. The design philosophy champions contemporary fluid architecture, eco-conscious principles, and smart living technologies.
