MoCIIP issues ministerial decision to streamline governance

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) has issued a new ministerial decision aimed at enhancing administrative and regulatory frameworks across the Sultanate of Oman. Published in the Official Gazette, the decision highlights Oman’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and compliance with national directives and international standards.


Anchored in Royal Decree No. 18/2019 and Ministerial Decision No. 146/2021, this directive continues Oman’s strategy to strengthen governance and streamline administrative processes. The updated guidelines are designed to align operations with global best practices, ensuring greater efficiency and clarity across various sectors.
