Muscat: The minimum temperature in the Muscat Governorate will drop to 17 degrees Celsius on Sunday, while suburbs like Amerat and Bausher are likely to record around 16 degrees Celsius on Sunday and Monday.

Wind conditions, however, will be moderate to light in coastal areas.

In other regions, Shinas will record a minimum temperature of 15°C, while Liwa and Suhar will drop to 14°C. Saham and Suwaiq are forecasted to experience temperatures of 13°C, while Buraimi is expected to record 10°C. Duqm will see a minimum of 14°C, and Haima is predicted to drop to 8.0°C, making it one of the colder areas in the country.

The coldest locations in Oman will include Saiq at 1.7°C, Jabal Akhdar at 2°C, and Samail at 9°C. Other notable temperatures include Bahla at 8.9°C, and Adam, which is expected to drop to 11°C, as per the weather report on Sunday.

Daytime temperatures in most areas will range between 20°C and 23°C, with the exception of Jabal Shams, Jabal Akhdar, and Samail, where maximum temperatures will remain in single digits.

Overall, skies will be clear across most governorates, but there is a chance of late-night to early-morning low clouds or fog forming over parts of South Al Sharqiyah and coastal areas along the Arabian Sea. The Civil Aviation Authority has issued a warning regarding reduced visibility due to these conditions.

Travelers are advised to exercise caution, especially in regions experiencing high winds, rough seas, and reduced visibility. Outdoor activities should be avoided during periods of strong winds or rough sea conditions.
