Muscat: Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hammad al Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), on Thursday handed over the Royal Letters Patent (Al Baraa Al Sultania) to officers graduating from the Royal Air College “Cranwell” in the United Kingdom.

During the ceremony, held at Muaskar Al Murtaf, Al Ghafri congratulated the officers on the occasion of their graduation, which, he said, “reflected the efforts made to promote them to this honourable level and demonstrated the top military capabilities and skills that they gained during training at the Royal Air Force College (Cranwell) in the United Kingdom.”

Al Ghafri applauded the graduates’ sincere efforts which, he said, earned them the Royal confidence of His Majesty, the Supreme Commander, and inducted them as RAFO officers. He urged them to manifest their dedication in performing their future missions and wished them success.
