MUSCAT: Oman LNG, in collaboration with the Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) and Innotech, signed an agreement to launch an innovative training programme designed to enhance the skills of Omani graduates in engineering, IT and 3D printing technologies. The signing ceremony was held under the auspices of Mohsin bin Hamad al Hadhrami, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals.
The six-month training aims to equip participants with practical experience and technical expertise to boost their employability in Oman’s competitive job market. The initiative reflects the three partners' shared commitment to supporting national workforce development and advancing Oman Vision 2040 goals.
Upon completing the programme, ten trainees will secure direct employment, while others will benefit from enhanced technical competencies in high-demand fields. This initiative is expected to prepare skilled professionals capable of meeting the local market’s evolving needs and driving economic growth.
