MUSCAT: The Oman Golf Trophy (OGT), an international initiative aimed at strengthening Oman's diplomatic, business, and cultural ties through the power of sport, returns for its second edition, culminating in grand finale — a true hole-in-one event — at the renowned Al Mouj Golf this December. Following the success of its inaugural event in Italy, the 2024 OGT has expanded to seven global markets from Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, South Africa and India bringing the excitement of this unique tournament to new audiences and building anticipation for the final rounds in Oman.
Diplomats, business leaders, media personalities, and VIP guests from each of the seven participating nations have engaged in qualifier tournaments since April 2024, underscoring OGT’s international appeal. With standout 7,400 participation in and many VIP guests.

More than 46 winners and over 28 VIP guests will soon travel to Oman for the highly anticipated final rounds, scheduled from December 8 to 12. The competition will begin at La Vie Golf Club and Ghala Golf Club, leading to the grand finale at Al Mouj Golf on December 12, where participants experience the spirit of play on a world top 100 courses, complemented by Oman’s renowned hospitality.
