This day saw 30 enthusiastic children aged 9 to 15 stepping into key roles across the resort, immersing themselves in the dynamic world of luxury hospitality under the expert guidance of the resort’s dedicated team.

With the Guest Relations, they greeted guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable stay. The young hoteliers also delved into the renowned St. Regis Butler Service, learning the art of anticipatory service that elevates the guest experience to new heights. They discovered the philosophy behind the St. Regis motto “Allow me”, which embodies the brand’s commitment to personalized service.
Culinary creativity took center stage as participants engaged in delightful pastry-making activities at Zorba, dim sum artistry at Hakkasan Muscat and service at The Lobby Lounge. Not only did they whip up delectable treats, but they also had the chance to serve them to guests, gaining invaluable insights into culinary operations and the nuances of hospitality. Their adventures didn’t stop there; they also assisted with event planning and marketing, honing their skills in crafting unforgettable experiences for visitors.
