Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Sunday received a written message from His Highness Shaikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, inviting His Majesty to attend the 45th Summit of the Leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council, scheduled to be held in Kuwait in December.
The message was handed over to Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Minister of Foreign, when he received in Muscat Kuwait’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Envoy of the Emir.
