Another key recommendation focused on supporting women's advancement into leadership roles through training and monitoring programmes. Equal pay for equal work was also highlighted, with calls for employers to ensure wage parity between men and women, in accordance with international standards.

The need for safer work environments was underscored, with recommendations urging stricter enforcement of policies against workplace harassment and violence. Additionally, the seminar advocated for greater compliance with maternity rights, such as paid maternity leave and breastfeeding breaks, and called for flexibility in work arrangements, including the provision of workplace childcare.

Incentives for businesses to hire more women, support for female entrepreneurs through training and funding, and enhanced international exposure for Omani women were also among the recommendations.

The seminar emphasised the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors to ensure the protection and empowerment of women in the workforce, reflecting Oman's commitment to advancing women's rights in line with Oman Vision 2040.
