In an exciting match as part of the final stages of the Oman Hockey League, Ahli Sidab Club managed to secure a 4-3 victory over Salalah Club in a game held at the hockey field in Al Amerat. The first quarter saw clear competition, with both teams exchanging chances evenly. However, in the 9th minute, Ahli Sidab's player, Sanad al Fazari, successfully scored the opening goal, ending the first quarter with a 1-0 lead.
Salalah Club started the second quarter looking to regain their balance. In the 18th minute, Ayman Faraj managed to equalise. He didn’t stop there, as he came back in the 23rd minute to add a second goal. As the quarter neared its end, Ahli Sidab's player, Rashid al Fazari, scored a last-minute equaliser, ending the second quarter in a 2-2 tie.
In the third quarter, Salalah players dominated the match, with Osama Khamis scoring the third goal in the 36th minute, ending the quarter with a 3-2 lead. As the final quarter began, Ahli Sidab re-entered the match. In the 53rd minute, Khalid al Shaibi scored the tying goal. Rashid al Fazari scored his second and the team's fourth goal, turning the tables on Salalah and securing a 4-3 victory for Ahli Sidab.
In another match, Al Seeb Club achieved a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Al Nasr Club. The first quarter began with extreme caution from both teams, while the first quarter ended in a goalless draw. The second quarter also ended in a goalless draw. In the third quarter, the struggle between the teams intensified in the midfield, despite several dangerous chances, particularly for Al Seeb, ending the quarter still tied. In the final quarter, the breakthrough finally came in favour of Al Seeb, where in the 49th minute, Osama al Shibli capitalised on his opportunity and fired a strong shot into Al Nasr’s net, scoring the match’s goal.
