Al Shizawi noted that many committee members are recently retired players, providing them with a unique perspective on the challenges players have faced and continue to encounter. This insight will enable the committee to devise effective and sustainable solutions to elevate the sport in the country.

Al Shizawi further explained that the committee will serve as a vital link between players and the Oman Volleyball Association, working closely to address player issues related to training conditions, financial resources, and psychological support. The committee is committed to meeting the players' needs, helping them excel in both local and international competitions.

He also acknowledged the committee's close connection to players and clubs, which gives them a comprehensive understanding of the primary challenges, such as limited financial support and interaction with high-caliber teams.

The committee aims to develop innovative solutions that benefit both players and clubs, ultimately enhancing the performance of Omani players at both the club and national levels. This effort will bolster Oman’s competitiveness in regional and international arenas, contributing to the nation's sporting achievements.

Additionally, the committee will prioritise strengthening communication with clubs and the broader sports community, ensuring that decisions are informed by accurate knowledge and real needs, leading to the sustainable development of volleyball in Oman.
