SALALAH: Restaurants and meat kiosks in Dhofar Governorate offer tourists a unique dining experience, especially during the Khareef season. Among the most famous dishes is ‘Al Madhbi,’ grilled meat prepared on heated stones, served with rice or traditional bread.

As the autumn season begins, ‘Al Madhbi’ stalls proliferate in tourist areas and popular markets, offering fresh food prepared in front of visitors. These stalls are not just dining spots but also tourist attractions that combine tradition with a unique culinary experience.
