MUSCAT: The launch of the Trump International Resort at the Aida project in Yiti aims to attract global investors. Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr from the Trump Organization were in attendance, alongside a special video message from former US President Donald Trump.
Eric Trump emphasised during his speech at the ceremony, "Each of these properties, we know every single villa, we know the layouts of their bathrooms. Real estate is in our DNA."
Donald Trump Jr expressed his enthusiasm for the project, describing it as something very special and visually important to him. He emphasized its unique beauty, stating that there is nothing quite like it. Trump congratulated everyone involved in bringing the project to fruition, foreseeing it as a wonderful endeavor and anticipating its success. He mentioned his hope to visit in the near future and wished the project well, believing it would capture global attention. Trump acknowledged the collaboration with remarkable individuals, expressing gratitude for their friendship and concluding with best wishes for all involved.
Dar Global, in partnership with Omran Group, Oman’s leading tourism development organization, has awarded Oman Shapoorji Company LLC a RO 9.3 million contract for Phase 1 infrastructure development at Aida. Scheduled for completion by 2027, Aida is strategically located by the sea, offering stunning views from its 130-meter elevation and harmonizing with the coastal environment. The infrastructure contract, valued at RO 9,345,653, includes designing and constructing essential elements such as roads, water and electricity networks, utilities, drainage and sewage systems, and enhancing the surrounding road network within Aida. These efforts uphold rigorous technical standards, complementing Aida’s luxurious offerings and supporting its residential and commercial phases.
Spanning 5 million square meters and just a short drive from Downtown Muscat, Aida aims to redefine architectural excellence, environmental sustainability, and bespoke living standards. Featuring luxurious mansions, exclusive villas, and sophisticated apartments, the project aims to position Oman as a premier destination for tourism, residential living, and investment.
