Muscat: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will release Oman's results of the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP) on Wednesday at its headquarters in Muscat.
This result will be an achievement for the civil aviation sector in the Sultanate of Oman as it tries to assess the compliance of ICAO member states with its safety standards and recommendations.
The process includes regular audits and the analysis of safety data as per the needs of the International Civil Aviation Organization.
Countries competing for a high score in the ICAO Coordinated Validation Missions (ICVM) affirm their commitment to the aviation safety standards and recommendations set by ICAO.
