NIZWA: The Al Dakhiliyah Governorate signed many agreements for a package of development and service projects worth over RO 4 million. These agreements align with the governorate's efforts to develop services and strengthen tourism.
The agreements included the project to establish Nizwa Public Garden, which will be built on an area of 150,000 square metres, with an artificial lake of 4,542 square metres, fountains, a play area with rubber flooring, 25,000 square metres of green space with 3,920 including 520 shade trees, and 3,400 flowering plants.
Additionally, the design encompasses an educational medicinal garden for the community and students. It will also have a library, exercise gear among other service components.
An agreement was signed with Bawareq Nizwa International Investment Company to develop several sites in Harat Al Aqur in the Wilayat of Nizwa which create jobs, support entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises.
Other agreements were signed to tile walkways of Harat Al Aqur in the Wilayat of Nizwa and install light poles in the Adam-Sinaw Road (First Phase)
