Muscat: Khazaen Economic City in the Wilayat of Barka in the South al Batinah Governorate, which will open on July 29, will have the Al Maskaan Village village, an integrated housing project for employees.
Engineer Salem bin Sulaiman al Dhahli, CEO of Khazaen Economic City, said that the workers’ village consists of residential complexes designed with high specifications that support integrated living and comfort for employees and workers.
The workers’ residential complexes were built on a land area of 25,000 square meters, in addition to an integrated service complex on a land area of 35,000 square meters.
Al-Dhahli stressed that the workers’ housing village aims to accommodate more than five thousand employees and provide integrated services and facilities such as shopping stores, restaurants, banks, gyms, sports fields in the middle of the workers’ housing, a mosque, clinics, and other supporting services.
It is worth noting that the workers’ housing village is in the middle of several strategic projects, most notably the Food City, which hosts the Sellal Central Market for vegetables and fruits, the Khazaen Land Port, the Khazaen Logistics Center, and the Medical City.
