Muscat: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has arrived in the country, who is currently on a three-day official visit to the Sultanate of Oman. Upon his arrival at Muscat International Airport, the guest was received by Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr Mohammed bin Awad al Hassan, Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations and a number of officials from the Foreign Ministry.

The guest has also visited the Youth Centre, where he was introduced to the centre's facilities.
