Muscat: Classes in private higher education institutions and vocational colleges supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation (MOHERI), will be shifted online on Monday.
The institutions will have the right to decide whether or not to resume regular studies during the period of the affected weather conditions.
