"It can be a valuable tool for students, offering personalised learning, research assistance, and homework support when used responsibly and in moderation. However, overdependence on AI can hinder critical thinking, raise ethical concerns, exacerbate technology gaps, and compromise data privacy. Balancing AI use with developing essential skills and ethical awareness is crucial for responsible integration into education." It is essential, thus, for educators and institutions to strike a balance and ensure that students develop critical thinking skills and ethical awareness alongside their use of AI technology.
