Al Hadifi noted that the building comprises ten floors (basement, ground floor, and eight additional floors) with a total leasable area of up to 8,500 square meters. It has been designed to provide various facilities and services, including banking services, exchange offices, travel agencies, a medical clinic, labor inspection center, cafes, a consumer goods store, and a variety of international and local restaurants. The building also offers numerous office spaces for government institutions, private companies, and organizations, providing visitors and investors with a diverse and unique experience. This addition enhances the industrial city's offerings and adds value to the local economy.
