MUSCAT: Gen Sultan bin Mohammed al Numani, Minister of the Royal Office received on Tuesday Gen Sir Patrick Sanders, Chief of the General Staff of the British Army and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the march of the historical relations binding the two countries and discussed a set of military topics of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by the Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) and the UK appointed-ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman. Also, Maj Gen Matar bin Salim al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) received Gen Sir Patrick Sanders and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed a set of military topics of mutual interest. It was attended by senior RAO officers.
Meanwhile, Gen Sir Patrick Sanders and his accompanying delegation visited the Maritime Security Centre (MSC).
