MUSCAT: India’s premier carrier – Air India, recently held an exclusive agents’ meet along with its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Oman – National Travel & Tourism (NTT).
The event focused on strengthening the available agent network and offering better services for Air India customers across Oman.
The event was hosted by Parminder Pal Singh, Regional Manager – Gulf, Middle East & Africa. In attendance were prominent travel agents and corporate customers from across Oman.
According to a spokesperson from National Travel & Tourism, “Air India has undergone a major transformation now being under the TATA Group. We wished to communicate this transformation and its benefits to our agents which in turn would benefit customers choosing to fly with Air India. Currently Air India and Air India Express caters to a vast base of customers from various cities in India.”
Speaking about NTT’s association with Air India in Oman he said, “National Travel & Tourism has established a strong relationship as GSA for Air India / Air India Express (erstwhile Indian Airlines), as a flagship carrier, since 1995.
