This comes as part of the bank’s vision toward adopting digital transformation and enhancing customer experience. The Alizz Islamic Bank Chatbot has been launched on WhatsApp and the banks official Instagram page and it will also be introduced to the bank’s corporate website very soon.
Customers can send a message via WhatsApp on 24166000 and experience instant responses to their questions on products, services, branch locations, fees, cards, finances, accounts and much more.
The same applies for the bank’s Instagram page, all customers have to do is send a direct message and the machine learning solution will respond instantly. Additionally customers can show their interest for a particular product or service by providing their contact information, select the nearest branch to them and they will be contacted by the sales team.
