His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Thursday issued Royal Decree No 39/2023 appointing an Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, reading as follows:
Article (1) appoints Khalid bin Hashil al Muselhi as Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue. - ONA
