Muscat: Sultan Haitham City will undoubtedly be the country's largest integrated urban development project, in line with Vision 2040.
The project is in line with the Oman National Spatial Strategy, ONSS, approved by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik in 2021, which offers a broad framework to direct urban growth over the next 20 years.
ONSS is expected to ensure cities’ competitiveness and ability to withstand many variables, as well as its alignment with the United Nations' goals for Sustainable Development 2030.
Oman Investment Company will attract investments to the city and provide sustainable service through its companies.
