Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has welcomed the accord between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Qatar on resuming diplomatic relations, following the Bahrain-Qatar Follow-up Committee’s second meeting held at the GCC Secretariat General in Riyadh.
In a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry on Thursday, Oman said that the step will lend support to cooperation among brethren and consolidate the GCC joint action in a manner that generates gains for all in the region.
