Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Republic of Tajikistan, signed on Wednesday an air services agreement.
The pact aims at regulating the operational and technical aspects to serve the joint interests in the field of air transport services regulation between the two countries.
The agreement was signed by Nayef Ali al Abri, CAA Chairman and the Chairman of the Tajik Civil Aviation Authority.
The agreement includes economic provisions, as well as regulatory and operational cooperation that would enable airlines in the two countries to operate passenger and air cargo flights between the airports of the two countries.
