Muscat: Activities of the Real Estate Development Conference and Oman Design and Build Week 2023 kicked off on Sunday at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC) under the auspices of HH Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.
In a press statement, HH Sayyid Asaad underscored the Sultanate of Oman's investment-enhancing elements, notably in the real estate sector. He also lauded the efforts exerted in advancing this sector and establishing many major projects in various governorates.
The conference included a session on investments and development in the real estate sector and another session on the role of real estate in the development of governorates.
Oman Design and Build Week 2023 aims to enhance integrative communication between sectors and enable partnerships with partners in the real estate sector, as well as exchanging views and experiences to develop this sector. The event is expected to receive more than 12,000 visitors.
Oman Design and Build Week 2023 is participated by 250 exhibitors, 30 experts and speakers and 30 public and private establishments.
Moreover, the opening ceremony was attended by several members of the Royal family, ministers, undersecretaries and people interested in the real estate development sector.
