MUSCAT: Vice Admiral Abdullah bin Khamis al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), received in his office at Muaskar Al Murtafa’a on Tuesday Brig Kayid Jamal al Ja’arat, Head of Military Training of the Armed Forces at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The two sides exchanged views and reviewed several military matters of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by the military attaché of the Jordanian Embassy in Muscat and several SAF senior officers.
MEETING WITH NDC COMMANDANT
Rear Admiral Ali bin Abdullah al Shidi, Commandant of the National Defence College (NDC) at the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies, also received Brig Al Ja’arat.
The two sides discussed several matters of mutual interest.
The guest was briefed on the college’s facilities and equipment, as well as its various departments and halls designed according to the latest specifications and equipped with the best educational systems, training aids and multi-purpose electronic network systems.
The meeting was attended by Brig Nasser bin Rashid al Kalbani, Deputy Commandant of the NDC, the military attaché of the Jordanian Embassy in Muscat and several NDC officers.
Meanwhile, Maj Gen Hamid bin Ahmed Sakroon, Head of the Academy for Strategic and Defence Studies, also received in his office at Bait Al Falaj Brig Al Ja’arat.
The two sides discussed several matters of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by officials from the academy and the military attaché of the Jordanian Embassy in Muscat. — ONA
