The Directorate General of Education in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate organised a diverse artistic activities in celebration of the 52 Glorious National Day. The ceremony was held under the auspices of Saif bin Mubarak bin Saleh al Julandani, Director General of the Directorate General of Education in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, and the presence of the directorate’s employees.
The ceremony began with a welcome speech by Saif bin Mubarak al Julandani, Director General. During the ceremony, the famous art troupe of Omar Ibn Al Khattab School for Basic Education presented Al Razha and Al Azi art. A direct dialogue session was held with the title (in the love of the homeland). It was presented by the Director General, Ahmed bin Rashid bin Mohammad al Jabri, director of Mazen bin Ghaduba School for Basic Education (10-12), and Ibtisam bint Salim bin Mohammad al Rahbi, director of Al Ithar School for Basic Education Grades (1-4). The student Moayad bin Walid al Shukaili from Abu Al Hassan Al Basawi School (5-12) provided a chant entitled (My National Oman).
The audience enjoyed the poetry session (Our pulse is for you, homeland). It was presented by Ali bin Hamad bin Saif al Toubi, a teacher at Al Azhar bin Mohammed Al Azkoy School for Basic Education (5-9), and Noura bint Hamad bin Mohammad al Hadiwiyah, assistant director of Sarh Al Marefa School for Basic Education (1-4), and Ibtisam bint Suleiman bin Mohammed al Busaidiyah, from Al Qalla School for Basic Education (5-12).
After that, the student performance (You are the love, my homeland) was presented by the students of Seih Al Shamikhat School for Basic Education (1-4).
Poetry on this occasion with a poem entitled “The Legend of Glory” was performed by Said bin Ahmed bin Said al Rahbi, and the words were by the poet Ahmed al Saqri, from Bilal Bin Rabah School for Basic Education (5-12).
The ceremony concluded with the epic (I am the homeland), presented by Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Kindi School for Basic Education students, written and directed by Marhoon bin Ali bin Marhoon al Shuraiqi, supervised and followed by Ahmed bin Ali bin Marhoon al Shuraiqi.
The art exhibition “Draw the Homeland” was also held on the occasion, in which school students painted paintings that show feelings of love and belonging to the homeland.
