The Follow-up Unit for the Implementation of Oman Vision 2040, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, has worked on developing a model for structuring its offices, terms of reference, work mechanisms, a framework for knowledge transfer, mechanisms for building programs, developing their indicators and following up on their implementation, in addition to addressing the challenges associated with establishing its offices in government agencies.
The unit also held workshops to transfer knowledge to the vision offices of government agencies and launched a program to develop the capabilities and skills of their employees, in addition to preparing work environments in the relevant authorities in order to activate the role of these offices.
