Khimji Ramdas honours 34 employees for dedicated service

MUSCAT: Promoting a people-centered approach has been the hallmark of the Khimji Ramdas (KR) Group. In a function held at its corporate office, 34 of its employees were recognized for their 20 years of service to the organization. Of these, 16 are Omani employees from various business functions. The tradition of recognizing its employees started in 2010. KR directors and senior management team attended the function.


A healthy organization is a reflection of its employee well-being, said Anil Khimji, Director, Khimji Ramdas Group. “We will continue to uphold the tradition recognizing our employees, who are the greatest asset to any organization. The Khimji Ramdas employee recognition initiative is part of the group's strategy to be an extended family wherein everyone carries common values and works in an environment that constitutes an inclusive framework. The annual long service awards ceremony is part of the company's initiatives that recognizes its employee’s efforts and encourage them to scale new heights.
