MUSCAT: As part of the 31st IFJ Congress which began on Tuesday, the Asia and Pacific Federation of Journalists (APFJ) was announced and its executive office elected.
India’s Sabina Inderjit was elected APFJ’s president while Oman’s Salim bin Hamad al Jahwari was elected vice-president with overwhelming majority. — ONA
