MUSCAT: The State Council’s Office held a regular meeting under the chairmanship of Shaikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah al Khalili, Chairman, on Wednesday.
The office discussed a study presented by the Education and Research Committee on empowering Omani teachers.
The office also reviewed a study on the effectiveness of public spending and another study on the future availability of water in the country.
