In efforts to highlight the impact and importance of internal and external communication with employees, customers and stakeholders, Nama Group launched the Silah programme inviting its community to connect with the group.
The programme concept showcases the role of communication in the employee’s and customer’s journey in the water and electricity sectors for the process of improvement and continuous development.
Further, to ensure that any communication reaches all target groups, the programme focused on building data-driver approaches to develop a set of objectives to be achieved. The said objectives are divided into several stages, which are translated to initiatives that will form the roadmap for the upcoming communication strategy.
