Amman: The Sultanate of Oman concluded its participation in the meetings of the Arab Board for Health Specializations (ABHS), held in Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The ABHS Supreme Council’s extraordinary meeting was held under the chairmanship of Dr Ahmed Mohammed al Saeedi, Minister of Health, President of the ABHS Supreme Council and the Head of the Executive Council.
The meeting saw the participation of Dr Omar Awad al Rawas, Secretary-General of the ABHS and other members of the ABHS Supreme Council.
The meeting underscored the importance of cooperation to improve the services offered by the ABHS through supporting scientific development, sharpening the skills of health workers in Arab countries, representing distinguished physicians based on international standards, as well as enhancing the participation of Arab Maghreb countries in the ABHS. --ONA
