Muscat to get first Movenpick Hotel, tourism complex in Ghala

Muscat - The first Movenpick Hotel in Muscat will come up in Ghala as part of a mixed-use development project using the pension fund. The project will include a four-star hotel, serviced apartments, residential apartments and shopping areas, restaurants and tourist facilities buildings and offices spaces. The ground floor will be marked for shops, four floors of offices and five floors of apartments and hotel room.The project will be spread over 3,897 sqm in the ground floor for restaurants and cafes. The project will offer 30,777sqm of commercial office space spread across four floors, three-storey underground parking with a stand for 1,581 cars. ONA
