Three associations will get RO 48,000 as financial aid

Three agreements worth RO 48,000 were signed on Monday at the Directorate-General for Handicapped Affairs with Oman Oil Marketing Company.
As per the agreements that were signed in the presence of Shaikh Mohammed bin Said al Kalbani, Minister of Social Development, each of the Omani Association for the Elderly Friends, Al Noor Association for the Blind and Omani Association for Hearing Impaired will receive RO 16,000.
The agreements were signed by Faisal bin Abdul Aziz al Shanfari, GM of Joint Services at Oman Oil Marketing Company, and Sultan bin Nasser al Amri, Chairman of the Omani Association for Hearing Impaired, Ibrahim bin Hamdoon al Harthy, Chairman of Al Noor Association for the Blind and Hamad bin Salim al Kindi, Chairman of the Omani Association for the Elderly Friends. The ceremony was attended by a number of officials at the Ministry of Social Development, Oman Oil Marketing Company and representatives from the three associations.
