Haya Water reviews achievements and goals

MUSCAT: Haya Water organised its annual meeting with the employees ‘Sablah’ where all Haya family members from all work sites in all governorates meet in one place to review the achievements of the past year and evaluate the challenges and review the goals and objectives of the new year 2018 based on the Company’s cBSC or dBSC.
Eng Hussain bin Hassan Abdul Hussain, CEO of Haya Water said that this meeting is an approach adopted by the Company for several years and it is considered a kind of communication between the members of Haya family. He added: “We are keen to establish different channels of communication with our employees from various work sites. This can be mainly observed after the expansion of the Company’s scope of work, the most significant is the assignment of implementing wastewater projects in all governorates of the Sultanate except Dhofar.
The CEO added that Haya Water Sablah is yet one of the most important communication channels that has presented many suggestions and visions that were a result of the previous years’ meetings and discussions, which had a positive impact through the introduction of initiatives and plans that benefit the employee, in the first place, and work, in general.
This year’s Sablah coincides with the Company’s 15-year anniversary with a slogan of “Transforming Challenges into Opportunities”. The Company has specifically adopted this slogan so that employees invest all the challenges they face in the workplace or in their personal life and transform those challenges into positive opportunities that benefit their lives.
