Abalone season begins from December 7

Muscat: The harvest season for abalone will begin from December 7 to 16 according to a ministerial decision from Dr Hamad bin Said al Oufi, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries issued on Sunday.
As per the details, the ministerial decision bans the fishing of abalone throughout the year except for the period of December 7th-16th. --ONA
