Be it the chalets adorned with huge bunches of imported flowers or the lake-side joints, the Muscat Nights, a celebration of diverse cultural spectrum, fun and frolic at the seven major venues, is proving to be a perfect rendezvous of families from different parts of the country.

Besides, Oman's treasure trove of rich heritage and culture are in focus at the one-month long festivity galore.

Since it's opening on Monday, the festival has been a major crowd puller in the past few days and more so on Saturday as families even from far-flung villages began flowing into the parks.

While parents take a stroll along the largest flower collection from across the world, kids are kept busy doing swing and slides, cycling, bike riding, face painting and other family fun and adventures.

From challenging escape rooms to captivating stargazing nights, Muscat Nights got the families covered with a variety of adventure activities that will keep them entertained and create lasting memories. And not to forget, to savour the foods from across the world kept in a long array of stalls clad in vivid colours.

'With the Muscat Nights lasting for one month, we hope that visitors would get a unique and extraordinary experience as we aim to introduce families to Muscat Nights by using virtual reality technology and simulating it for six sites in the Sultanate of Oman,' said Muscat Municipality spokesperson.
