At the behest of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, received in his office on Thursday Mehmet Simsek, Minister of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye.
The meeting touched on several topics of mutual interest which were previously reviewed during the visit of His Majesty to Türkiye.
It also discussed the latest political and economic developments on the regional and Arab arenas.
The meeting was attended by Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Shaikh Khalifa bin Hamad al Badi, Secretary-General at the office of HH Sayyid Asaad, Saif bin Ahmed al Sawafi, Adviser at the office of HH Sayyid Asaad and Mehmet Hakimoğlu, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to the Sultanate of Oman. — ONA
