A total of 1,477 students graduated including 439 graduates from the College of Economics, 442 graduates from the College of Arts and Social Sciences, 408 graduates from the College of Education and 188 graduates from the College of Law.

HH Sayyid Dr Fahd bin Al Julanda al Said, Vice-Chancellor of SQU, delivered a speech in which he said that the SQU has achieved many accomplishments in its educational journey by qualifying generations armed with knowledge and skills that enable them to serve their country and contribute to its development. He said that graduation day does not represent the end of a stage of study, but rather the beginning of a new responsibility towards society and the nation, urging the graduates to innovate and work hard to find solutions to the renewed challenges especially in light of the major transformations witnessed by the labour market.

His Highness added that success is not measured by individual achievements alone, but by the positive impact that a person leaves on his society. — ONA
